COORDINATOR FOR FEDERAL AND STATE AID- F/T

PASSAIC CITY has an opening for a full-time Coordinator for State and Federal Aid. Responsible for in-depth review, observation, and reporting of contracted funded programs to ascertain whether or not these programs are carried out in accordance with contractual agreements or federal guidelines. Review contracts, federal regulations and other related data to ensure goals and objectives of the Annual Plan are met.  Conduct on-site monitoring of funded programs.  Review program records to collect factual data and report in HUD’s Integrated Disbursement Information System.  Assist Director of Community Development in all Community Related Projects and supervise department staff as needed.  Manage the HOME, CDBG and ESG programs; assist CHDO’s, Agencies, Sub-recipients and Citizens with all matters relating to these three programs.

MUST have experience with HOME, CDBG and ESG programs and MUST have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  Salary range commensurate with experience; submit salary requirements with resume.
